Thank you to everyone who attended Compass Open Day! Our trainees, trainers, and staff loved welcoming the community and Compass supporters to the Farm, where we proudly showcased the incredible work, our teams do every day. Representatives from Caboolture, Caloundra, Nambour, Gympie, the Farm, Wabi Sabi, Connections Cafes, and Employability Skills were all on hand… We were incredibly fortunate to have a stunning day for the Compass Charity Golf Day! A massive thank you to every player who joined in, the businesses who supported us by purchasing teams, and the fantastic volunteers who helped make the day a success. A special shout-out to our Hole Sponsors for their fantastic prizes,… Earlier this week, Compass Farm celebrated the arrival of two miniature donkeys with a delightful morning tea. It was wonderful to have our valued donors join us in officially welcoming Susannah and Chloey to the Compass Family.

When we were first looking at options for Nienna after finishing at Special School, the most important thing for us was finding somewhere that would help her work towards more independence. It’s a smile we all love – not just Compass staff, but also, pretty much every visitor that comes to Compass Farm knows Caitlin, as she’s often the first to greet them and make them feel welcome with her big and vibrant personality. He has gained more confidence and become more adaptable to ever-changing situations. He has connected with his peers and trainers and become quite a happy young man.
