At Compass, our Trainees are encouraged to try out a diverse range of skill areas in supported environments and to eventually select those where they can flourish. This is where the person begins to genuinely realise their full potential, becomes more independent and finds out where their abilities lie through a real hands-on process, which can often also lead to vocational traineeships in a Compass Social Enterprise.
