Together, we explore a practical pathway that reflects the student’s strengths, interests and goals, whether they want to build confidence, develop greater independence, participate in their community or work towards employment.

    Across five training centres in Caboolture, Caloundra, Nambour, Palmwoods and Gympie, Compass provides access to commercial kitchens, creative and multimedia spaces, gardens, farms, practical workshops and real social enterprises, including cafés, Harvest Kitchen and Wabi Sabi.

    Together with volunteering, community activities and local partnerships, this provides Trainees opportunities to explore their interests, apply their learning in real situations and discover where they contribute best. Each location offers something different, so we work with every Trainee to identify the opportunities that align with their abilities, goals and support needs.
