We are seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant with barista experience to work on a casual basis in the Maroochydore location on Mondays from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities while expanding your skills and growing your career.

In this role you will:

• Prepare quality coffee, food, and beverages
• Provide friendly and welcoming customer service
• Open and close the café
• Take orders and use the POS system
• Support trainees with disability to learn hospitality skills in a supportive environment
• Assist with general café duties and restocking

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous barista and café experience
• Is reliable, positive, and able to work independently
• Brings patience, encouragement, and kindness to their work
• Enjoys working alongside people of all abilities
• Helps create a calm, inclusive, and supportive environment for both customers and trainees

Position Requirements:

• Evidence of Australian Working rights
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check (Blue card)
• Experience in the disability sector is highly regarded
