Food and Beverage Attendant
We are seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant with barista experience to work on a casual basis in the Maroochydore location on Mondays from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities while expanding your skills and growing your career.
In this role you will:
- Prepare quality coffee, food, and beverages
- Provide friendly and welcoming customer service
- Open and close the café
- Take orders and use the POS system
- Support trainees with disability to learn hospitality skills in a supportive environment
- Assist with general café duties and restocking
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous barista and café experience
- Is reliable, positive, and able to work independently
- Brings patience, encouragement, and kindness to their work
- Enjoys working alongside people of all abilities
- Helps create a calm, inclusive, and supportive environment for both customers and trainees
Position Requirements:
- Evidence of Australian Working rights
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (Blue card)
- Experience in the disability sector is highly regarded

The Cook oversees the day-to-day running of our kitchen, ensuring that the quality of food preparation and customer service is consistently maintained. Based in Maroochydore, this casual Friday role offers a pay rate of $35.15 per hour and the opportunity to bring your flair and passion for hospitality to life by preparing a variety of café-style foods and takeaway meals that cater to the community.
Use your hospitality skills to create a welcoming café environment while supporting trainees to build confidence and workplace skills.
In this role you will:
- Prepare fresh café-style meals, takeaway items, desserts, and pastries
- Support the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and food safety standards
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Assist in creating a positive and supportive kitchen environment

- Has experience in a fast-paced café or kitchen environment
- Is organised, reliable, and works well independently
- Brings a positive attitude and enjoys working with people
- Is supportive, patient, and community-minded

Position Requirements:
- Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
