About Compass
Compass is more than a disability service provider.
We operate from an Asset-Based Model, focusing on unlocking potential rather than fixing deficits. Our Trainees are active co-producers of their lives, developing vocational, social, and personal capacity through programs built on their Gifts of the Head, Hand, and Heart.
Every member of our team plays a role in fostering independence, connection, and opportunity.

Requirements
While specific requirements vary depending on role type, generally successful applicants will demonstrate:
Relevant qualifications and/or experience
Alignment with Asset-Based principles
Strong interpersonal communication skills
A valid Working With Children Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening (if applicable)
A commitment to safeguarding and professional integrity
